Welcome.

It's the first day of the new year, the perfect time to begin a new blog. So, I imagine you must be confused as to why the title for the blog? I've decided that 2008 is the time for me to try organic things, or as much of it as possible. Why? Because of Kevin Trudeau. I know. "Oh my god, convicted felon, liar, convicted in court, plain as day dipwad and you're listening to him?!?"

Well, why in the hell not?

I have my reasons for wanting to listen to him instead of listening to my doctor. I will detail them in my next entry.

But, I need to introduce myself. My name is M. I'm 19 years old, female. My location is New Hampshire. No, we don't have polar bears, no we don't have igloos, and yes, we do have things such as "summer", "heat", "humidity", and "90 degree weather with high humidity". I'm quite overweight (70 pounds) and I would like to become slimmer. I'm 5' 1/2" (yes, I'm short). No, I'm not like some of the women on TV who are extremely overweight and wear tight clothes. I prefer baggy ones, they hide the rolls of flab better. I like house music and electronica, some progressive rock, some ambient. I detest screamy, emo rock. I detest rock in general except for a few bands that I happen to like.

I'm in college, however I commute (so no dorm parties at midnight and getting piss drunk, thanks). My major is Creative Writing. I happen to love playing The Sims 2, Pikmin, Zelda, sometimes Mario. No first person shooters or WoW for me, I'm a strategy/adventuring person. I only own a Gamecube, DS, the original Gameboy, Gameboy Color and Advance. No XBox or Wii or Playstation for me. Favorite foods are french fries, chips and salsa, nachos (the kind I make myself, dripping with cheese and salasa and seasoned beef, refried beans, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, onion, etc, etc.), cheesecake, chocolate (dark chocolate), peaches, pears and apples. I enjoy cooking and baking my own things, I find they taste better.

One last thing: I'm starting this as part of the Year of Doing Big Fun Scary things together. This is an offshoot of National Novel Writing Month (where the goal is to write a 50,000+ novel in one month). I'm ralerin at the site.

So, there's my background. Phew! You tired yet? XD
